With the bank’s core Identity Management tool reaching its end of life and keep-the-lights on support till the end of the year, there is a business driver to demise the existing toolset and deliver a strategic Identity Access Management tool and Privileged Access Management toolset capable of supporting the bank’s internal and external partners and customers.
The key program objective is to address decentralised, manual, and resource-intensive processes resulting in the ever-growing risk of unsanctioned and malicious activity within the bank’s production systems. In addition, introduce a framework enabling the Zero Trust, less privileged access model
